It is a "use Fair. What is fair use and what is not depends on many factors, including length of the clip, the "importance" the entire segment, use, copyright laws, etc. are complex, and to some extent subjective. If I had to use copyrighted material in any Obviously, in a highway under "Fair Use" I would definitely run for a copyright lawyer. Its university, perhaps even a stick.
