Why do employees come in and look around at the beginning of movies now?
I noticed that at the beginning of movies an employee comes in with a light and then leaves. It’s kind of distracting. Why do they do this?
Usually for two reasons:
1. If the movie is rated R, they want to make sure that no one under 17 is in there.
2. To make sure that someone is not sitting there with a camera trying to record the movie
