What part of New York is usually shown in films?
In films when they show someone going to New York they usually show the same place most of the time – i think it’s where it splits into two streets – anyone know the name of the street?
i live in UK so i have no idea but i wanted to know, haha 
If it’s a place with lots of billboards all over the place, it’s probably Times Square. (Broadway crosses 7th ave around 42nd street)

If it looks like two streets going around a building that looks like it’s older architectural style, it could be where Broadway crosses 5th ave at 23rd street at the Flatiron Building (the older architectural style building).
